At CAZAL Eyewear, we strive for perfection in every frame; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. All returns must include the authenticity certificate and original case to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the eyewear, cleaning cloth, and authenticity documents inside the original CAZAL protective case and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned frames, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
